You can request a refund for your unused parking payment or overpayment via one of the two methods below. All refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis to determine if a refund is due.
IMPORTANT: If your refund request relates to a transaction made for any Great Western Railway (GWR) location, please email your request to GWRparkingrefunds@apcoa.com.

Please note: Where possible, please include a copy of your transaction receipt to your refund request to enable APCOA to review your request as soon as possible.
If you do not have access to your receipt, please provide the first 6 and last 4 numbers of the credit/debit card used to make the payment, in the following format ‘123456***1234’. This will allow us to locate your payment quicker.
If you made payment using Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay please provide the last 4 numbers of your Virtual Card. This can be found by going into your "Wallet" and selecting the virtual card you used.
If your refund request relates to a transaction made for any East Midlands, Stansted Airport or Manchester Airport Drop Off/Pick Up forecourt, you can submit your refund request via our web enquiry submission form using the following links:
