IMPORTANT: A pre-authorisation payment is taken to cover your charge. After the session ends, any remaining funds will be refunded to your card within 7-10 working days.

Payment can be made for your EV charging session via one of the two following options.

Option 1: APCOA Connect Mobile App 
You are required to create an APCOA Connect account to make payment using the mobile app. The app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or Apple Store.

1. Plug in your vehicle with the charging cable.
2. Open the APCOA Connect app. 
3. Select 'Park / EV Charge'.
4. Find and select the location you are parked at via the search function.
5. Select the vehicle you are charging from the vehicles stored in your account.
6. Choose your payment method and complete your transaction.

IMPORTANT: Please remember to end your charging session by opening the APCOA Connect app, select 'Current sessions' and then select ‘End’.

Option 2: APCOA ScanPay QR Code displayed on site.

1. Open your mobile device built in camera.
2. Scan the QR displayed on the wall next to the charging station on site.
3. Select the website link that appears on the screen.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to start your charge.
